Mandatory information is: Surname, first name, date of birth, prescription or referral request. Every process is subject to medical inspection.

The requested prescriptions and referrals will be processed on the next working/opening day and can be collected in the morning after 11:00 a.m. or in the afternoon.

Prescriptions for medication that has never been prescribed before and referrals that have never been issued before require a doctor-patient contact.
